We strive to evolve with the best possible design solution while maintaining an equal balance between affordable aesthetics and functionality. We believe in "less is more" and play with elements of lighting, materials and textures intelligently to create drama.

| Tanvi Tailor |
Tanvi received her undergraduate degree in Interior Design from Institute of Environmental Design, Gujarat, India. After graduation, she worked for a prominent architectural firm for over 4 years where she gained hands on experience on various interior as well as architectural projects. She went on to pursue her education at an international level and she received her Master’s in Interior Design from Instituto Europeo di Design, Milan Italy.
Tanvi moved to LA and worked for a local architectural firm for over a year before establishing Élan designs in collaboration with Alice.
While in Italy, Tanvi had the opportunity to travel to various European countries. Tanvi’s travels and exposure to diverse work environments helps her interpret, appreciate and implement a wide spectrum of design variety in her work. Her strengths lie in her ability to understand the needs of a client and a detail oriented design approach to reach an effective execution of the design concept.

| Alice Kuo LEED AP |
Alice has a business degree from the University of California -Riverside, with a specialization in accounting and financial consulting. An artist at heart, Alice found her calling in design and pursued her graduate degree in Architecture and Interior Design from the University of California - Los Angeles.
Upon graduation, Alice received hands on training and experience at a well known Architecture Firm were she developed an even greater passion for design and work ethic. Throughout her career, Alice has had experience in residential, retail, and corporate interiors. Her ability to quickly define goals and understand the client's vision allows her to successfully design, manage, and lead projects of all types.
